A while ago I wrote a guide called The Woodnotes Guide to Emacs for
Writers. It's been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times since
then, and there's an HTML version up on the web too. Somebody asked me
for an epub version of another guide I wrote and I thought it was useful
to do epubs for all of them: vim, mutt, and emacs.
