M-! with Icicles

Hi!

In more or less default configuration of icicles on emacs 24.3.1 on
pressing M-! and TAB I get error:

Completion function comint-completion-at-point uses a deprecated calling convention

and nothing happens, the tab completion dont work ... has any one
solution for it?

Please ask on gnu.emacs.help, or report this directly to Drew Adams
(***@oracle.com). I doubt you'll get help here.
