I'm using biblatex with the biblatex-apa style, and need (on editors'
orders) to use and, not ampersand, in citatations and references.
This code:
\usepackage[style=apa,sorting=nyt,natbib=true,backend=biber]{biblatex}
gives me (Barban & Billari, 2011) inline, and ampersands in the
bibliography too.
Googling leads to suggestions (for the reverse requirement, in favour of
ampersands ) to change \finalnamedelim but investigation shows this is
still \space{}and\space{}.
Any clues?
